I have a couple of techniques that I wanted to share with you today which will help you to keep your vibration high and reset your energy.
The first step is learning what it takes to keep your vibration high all day long.
I know this isn't as simple as clicking your heels three times because I've tested out various strategies for staying positive and keeping my thoughts pure. While some of these strategies would work in the short term (sometimes), they never worked in the long run (always).
But after much trial and error, I'm happy to report that I finally found a couple of techniques that work all day, every day:
Forgiveness + visualization
That's it! That's all you need to remember in order to remind yourself about how high your vibration needs to be, and that is forgiveness + visualization.
Forgiveness helps you reset your energy when needed. When you catch yourself in a thought that takes your energy lower than you'd like, simply forgive yourself for having that thought (this can be done mentally or out loud). You don't have to judge or punish yourself for the thoughts you have - just forgive them, so they go away quickly.
Visualization is another way of bringing up your vibration, so it matches where you want to be; instead of waiting idly by for something good to come along and boost your spirits, visualize what success would look like. Visualizing what you want helps keep your energy high because it's a constant reminder of where you're going.
The best part about the techniques is that it doesn't take long to reset your energy, and once your mind is clear and vibration high again, you can rest easy, knowing that success is just around the corner.
